We are there to help you when you need us. You can receive
the support you need from our relevant branch office at any
time through our 24-hour on-call standby. Fast and easy. Our
decentralised service network is available at 11 locations
throughout Germany. We provide support by telephone and eliminate
faults, replace defective parts and overhaul components that
need to be repaired.
Our software specialists also help with more complex electronic
problems; in particular, our 24-hour support for cranes with
a high availability guarantee, e.g. in container terminals,
ensures optimum support regardless of the location. Our Telelink
system enables our electronic engineers to dial into the crane
software at any time and provide help online or to rectify
a problem with an electrician on site. |
